EDITOR,—F H Lloyd and colleagues report several cases of subfertility in male body builders who misused anabolic steroids.1 I would draw the authors' attention to a report commissioned by the Departments of Health for England, Scotland, and Wales, entitled Anabolic Steroid Use in Great Britain: An Exploratory Investigation.2
