For free access to the back archive go to www.bmjjournals.com and click on the link for wjm western journal of medicine. wjm, a monthly peer-reviewed journal for clinicians in the Western states of the US, ceased publication in September 2002. However, by reissuing this resource online on PMC, BMJPG has provided you a second chance to access wjm's content from 1974 to 2002.
The journal offers original research articles and practical, reliable information for clinicians, including regular debates on the key issues in health care, as well as ideas and opinions relating to "best clinical practice," managed care, alternative forms of health practice, and ethics/policy issues.
